How long does it take to set up?

This will vary depending on what services you request. Most bounce houses take about 20 minutes to set up.

What if it's rainy or windy?

BOUNCE CAROLINA reserves the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there are any heavy rains, strong winds, or other severe weather. We take customer safety and safe operation of our items very seriously.

Will the bounce house harm my lawn?

No, if you have any underground sprinkler lines, please let us know. We want to make sure we set up in an optimal spot.

How far in advance should I make my reservations?

We recommend making reservations at least 3 weeks in advance as we are accepting limited amount of reservations per weekend.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash, checks and credit cards: VISA and MASTERCARD. Deposit of $50 charged is required the day of reservation and rest of balance is due the day prior to your delivery.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Bounce Carolina does not accept any cancellation. You can always reschedule your event within 1 year.
